Modern City 3 v1.1 – Unity asset

This pack contains 26 models (38 including all LOD stages). There are 11 houses, 5 road elements and decoration objects, to create a modern city landscape.

Textures are up to 2048x2048px. Diffuse textures contain specular maps in the alpha channel. Normal maps are available. Textures for houses are built as atlas maps so that most houses have only one map applied, to reduce draw calls.

25 prefabs have been added, most of them with LOD group components attached.
